A suggested two-night escape
Spend your first evening in Novi. Reserve the next morning at Pavlomir and ask about Žlahtina and Ružica Vinodola. Choose either a pre-arranged Tilia visit in Jakov Polje or a coastal lunch in Klenovica; avoid rushing both. Keep the final morning for the old-town museum or a shore walk.
Make it work for your dates.
Arrange tastings and a driver before you arrive. Harvest access is never assumed. Ask restaurants what is open on your dates and confirm dietary needs. For a rainy day, retain the booked tasting and museum rather than adding an exposed viewpoint.
